The Way

The Way Begins Within

“The last of the human freedoms — to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.” – Viktor Frankl

To unleash who you truly are, you must be able to hold the Paradox of UnleashingTM.

You are the way.

And you need to get out of your own way.

This paradox is not meant to be resolved, but rather held as true. And when you hold space for it with strength and humility, the paradox becomes a source of your intrinsic power.

Watch these videos on the Paradox of UnleashingTM.

You Are The Way
Get Out Of Your Own Way

In the paradoxical space, the Three Dimensions of UnleashingTM unfold:

Purpose ~ the pull of what truly matters to you.

Presence ~ the integrity of who and where you are.

Power ~ the wisdom to choose with purpose and presence.

These are not steps to walk up or a process to follow. They are a living relationship—a generative tension created by the distance between what is and who you are becoming.

A space that is not a problem to solve, nor a dragon to slay, but a journey to transformation catalyzed by the paradox of You are the way and Getting out of your own way.

On your journey, we will not begin with simple questions nor end with simple answers. We will partner together to stand in your authentic presence while holding firmly to your purpose, and make choices as the tension unfolds demanding answers which will shape your path and the life you lead.

Dimensions of Unleashing

The Journey to Unleash

draw your maps—but remember the way exists even without the MAPS.” – Chris Oh

When we work together, we begin with what matters to you. You are the way. Lead from that place

As we partner together, we will explore deeper into your purpose, presence, and power. We will not reach for maps or models to define your route. We will begin with your presence—your life, your leadership, your world, your values, your goals. How you show up. The terrain under your feet that you know and feel, even if you have not named it yet. The hills and valleys, the rivers and ridges that make up your world. The tools, traits, and truths that you carry with you. Maps and models can help, and sometimes they may naturally emerge to help you orient and describe—but in our partnership, what matters most is knowing “you are the way.”

From the beginning, you may notice, there is always an inkling, something pulling at you—some intention, question, fear, frustration, or desire. It might be pulling you forward or pulling you back. It might be clear or blurry. It could be practical: leading a team through change, navigating a new role, getting over an obstacle, or avoiding a difficult task. Or it could be deeper: finding your voice, reclaiming energy, avoiding making mistakes, or stepping into leadership that feels truly yours.

But some form of purpose is always calling—whether it shows up as a goal, a direction, or simply a sense that this is not it. We will work to refine it so it resonates.

That sense of purpose—however refined or rough—
does not stand alone.

Purpose meets the truth of your current experience and your authentic self—your presence. Who you are right now. Your values and what fulfills you. How you show up. What you are allowing, avoiding, defending, or denying. Where you feel wins and losses.

Presence is not performance—it is being real, unhidden by drama or others’ expectations. It is the courage to see yourself and the situation clearly, without illusion or posturing. And it is the honesty to admit what is actually happening in your leadership, your choices, your relationships, your work, your life—right now, in the present.

Tension lives between these two dimensions—between what calls to you and where you are standing. The more firmly both are held, the more powerful the energy that builds between them. That tension is not a problem to relieve. It is the energy. A source. The birthplace of meaningful change. Hold it.

And within that tension, we begin to encounter your power—your ability to choose, to respond, to shape, to act. Not just to react to the world or avoid parts of it, but to participate in it with intention. To stop waiting, blaming, denying or drifting—and begin choosing and thereby leading. Even small choices, made with integrity, can alter everything.

Purpose, presence, and power are not steps to follow. They are not a sequence to master. They are dimensions in relationship—each one sharpening and challenging the others. Purpose pulls on presence. Presence reveals power. Power brings purpose to life. Their dynamic is what makes the work of leadership beyond tactical—but transformational.

This is what it means to unleash.

Not to add something new to who you are—but to strip away what is no longer true. To stop chasing models that ask you to be someone else—and instead lead from the truth of who you already are.

That is how we will partner and walk together as you engage your own identity, agency, and voice. As clarity emerges, you may sketch lines, jot down takeaways and

“Draw your maps—but remember the way exists even without the maps.”

You are the way. Lead from that place. #unleashtheoh
