Unleash The Oh (UTO) was founded by an advocate and champion of the capacity of people, a strategist, a catalyst, a leader, and former Army officer who has spent a lifetime energizing people through complexity, change, and growth.
Over the course of a career at BP, a chapter at Northwestern Mutual, work as a strategy consultant and service in the U.S. Army, including combat leadership as an armor officer, Chris has built a reputation for clarity and tenacity catalyzing change, calmness under pressure, and a pioneering and inspiring energy to manifest resonant action.
Chris brings to partnerships decades of experience in leadership, communication, and transformation – not to tell you what to do or advise from above, but to partner from beside. He brings perspective, presence, and strategic range – all in service of helping you be present and access your own deepest power and lead from it with purpose.
He is an International Coaching Federation (ICF)–certified coach, Prosci-certified in change management, and Myers-Briggs certified, with academic roots at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
