Integrity
Living in congruency with your values, identity and personal principles. Being on purpose, aligned and intentional.

Being deliberate in your choices. Flowing not drifting. Accountable. Standing up to be counted.
Unleash
Expressing your full self. Embracing the paradox that you are the way & you need to get out of your own way. Resilient like fire.
Purpose is the call to unleash.
Without purpose there is no energy. Purpose is not a destiny to be arrived on as fast as possible or a trophy to be won. It may show up as a goal, a gap to close, a place to see and experience, or just something that just seems right. The essence of purpose is to pull at your presence to unleash your power to become.

Power is trusting the process and the person—holding space with strength. Power leads with meaning. Power responds to resolve.

Resilient, fluid, and responsive to meaning
Manifesting – focused on choice, commitment and purpose
Enduring – it pulls, manifests and calls forth
