What is the focus of Unleash The Oh’s services?
The focus is helping leaders and teams unlock their power by aligning who they are with how they lead. We support growth that is rooted in purpose, shaped by presence, and powered by authentic leadership.
Rather than follow fixed programs, we adapt to the unfolding needs of each client. Tools and frameworks support the work, but the real focus is forward movement: engaging what is emerging in service of who the leader is becoming.

1:1 Coaching
When does 1:1 coaching make sense?
Coaching is about you. The whole person—not just your role, your goals, or your performance. It is about who you are, how you show up, and how you grow.
1:1 coaching makes sense when you feel the pull to evolve—when you are ready to step more fully into who you are and how you show up in the world. It is not about fixing what is broken. It is about unlocking what is already within you: clarity, confidence, purpose, and presence.
You might be navigating a transition at work, facing a shift at home, or sensing it is time to grow in a new direction. It could be stepping into a bigger role, leading others with more impact, or simply reconnecting with yourself. You may be working toward a goal that matters to you but feeling stuck, questioning what is next, or ready to break free from patterns that no longer serve you.
Coaching meets you where you are—and helps you move forward in a way that feels true to you.
What occurs in a coaching session?
We slow down to get clear. You bring what matters most (an issue, a tension, a goal), and we work it. We surface what is really going on, clarify what you want, and identify what is in the way.
We uncover assumptions, test beliefs, generate options, and explore how you are showing up. You leave with greater clarity and commitment having made choices, and a next step that is yours, not mine. As you do, you become.
This is not advice, therapy, or cheerleading. I listen deeply, ask direct questions, and partner with you to unlock a way forward that is both true, actionable, and resonant.

All‑In: Real-Time Partnership
What makes All‑In different from 1:1 coaching or even consulting?
All-In is an immersive, dynamic presence integrated directly into your real work. It is designed to complement and amplify your own purpose, action, and leadership by providing extended tactical and strategic support during critical periods or events.
1:1 Coaching is a structured, goal-focused partnership with regular sessions and check-ins that guide your growth over time.
Neither All-In nor 1:1 Coaching centers on delivering expert advice like consulting. Instead, both focus on catalyzing your authentic power and enabling you to lead from your own strengths and insight.
Why go All‑In?
Because some challenges require a partnership. When you are in it, leading change, facing complexity, or charting new ground, you need someone alongside who can hold space, ask the unspoken questions, and help you see what is emerging. All‑In means I am right there with you, helping you lead from your own purpose and power.
How does it work?
We design it together. That might mean joining key meetings, whiteboarding tough decisions, reflecting on the fly, or preparing for what is next. CHANGE LEADERSHIP
What is change leadership?
Change leadership is about your people. It is the commitment to lead people through change—not just manage and assign tasks. Leadership is the main ingredient and catalyst of change. It involves providing clarity, communicating the purpose, building alignment, and supporting behavior shifts that make change real and sustainable. It is about how change lives and sticks inside the organization.
When is change leadership needed?
Always. But in discrete changes, it starts before rollout, before decks, before training. To ensure change lands and lasts, you lead and own it from the beginning. Change leadership is the key to effective planning, execution and reinforcement of change. It includes preparing yourself then other leaders to guide their teams through the transition.
What will this look like?
It starts with you. Ensuring you are ready and committed. If you are not committed, no one else will be. We then clarify the story, design how the change is led, and discuss engagement and leadership behaviors that embed change deeply. Leadership is prepared to lead confidently, catalyzing the human side of change, addressing barriers, and not simply communicating it or implementing the technical changes.

What is facilitation and when might I need it?
Facilitation is guiding a group conversation with clear purpose and focus. It ensures everyone who needs to contribute is invited in, while managing energy, tension, and obstacles to keep the discussion productive. This creates the conditions for deeper insight and aligned action on what matters most.
How is facilitation different from just leading a meeting?
Facilitation requires deep listening, tuning into both what is said and what is left unsaid. Instead of simply managing an agenda or directing the conversation, I listen for its natural flow and help guide it, creating space for diverse perspectives and unspoken dynamics to emerge. This helps the group move beyond routine discussion toward meaningful progress.
